John Cena is WWE's most over and sheltered superstar since Hulk Hogan. So, going into SummerSlam 2014, nobody was expecting the one-sided massacre that it turned out to be. Sure, Lesnar was hot-off-the-heels of a legendary Wrestlemania win but no one expected John Cena to be as completely and totally dominated as he was.

It wasn't John Cena losing that was shocking though. He has lost matches, even though we could count them all on our fingers. It was the way he lost, that was truly shocking.
