One of WWE's biggest stars, Randy Orton is certainly no stranger to controversy.

Debuting on the main roster in 2002, Orton was quickly thrust into the main event scene, joining Evolution in 2003, and capturing the World Heavyweight Championship the year after.

Whilst backstage reports of unprofessional conduct hounded the Legend Killer for years, this seemingly didn't affect his success, with Orton being a 13-time World Champion.

It seems Orton has since mellowed in recent years, and is now one of WWE's most trusted stars, headlining multiple WrestleManias, and winning two Royal Rumbles, one in 2009, the other in 2017.

Being a third-generation Superstar doesn't hurt Orton's chances either, as it seems to be a matter of time before the Viper joins his father 'Cowboy' Bob Orton, as a member of the Hall of Fame.
