One of the most skilled performers on the planet, O'Reilly has proven to be an excellent singles competitor after breaking away from The Undisputed Era. While his in-ring style sets him apart, O'Reilly might just not be suited to the WWE main roster.

The former NXT Tag-Team Champion also has a detailed backstory with Adam Cole and would easily fit in with The Elite. His striking and submission grappling-based style would also stand in contrast to the other members' flashier movesets.
