#4 Aleister Black (WWE SmackDown)

One of the most underrated superstars on WWE's current roster is Aleister Black. The former NXT Champion had a great run back on the Black and Gold brand of the company. In fact, due to his supernatural satanic gimmick, many even considered him to be a possible successor of WWE legend The Undertaker.

The Dutch Destroyer moved to the main roster in 2019 and while WWE protected him heavily in his first year, his stock went tumbling down in 2020. While helping Rey Mysterio during his feud with Seth Rollins and Murphy in mid-2020, Black was driven straight into the side of the steel steps by Rollins and Murphy, injuring him severely in kayfabe.

After a brief break, he returned on RAW and turned heel by attacking Kevin Owens. He again disappeared from WWE TV in late 2020 until recently when his return vignettes with a new gimmick started airing on SmackDown. A few days ago, Aleister Black posted the following photo on his social media, leading to speculation that he could debut this new look on WWE TV soon.

Someone like Black could be a perfect candidate to have an alter-ego that he taps into. With incredible striking skills and great character work, he has the potential to be a megastar and hopefully a future world champion in WWE.
