While a heel turn could lead to interesting possibilities for The New Day in WWE, chances are they will remain babyfaces for life. The 11-time Tag Team Champions should remain connected for the rest of their careers.

There is value in real-life friendship and brotherhood in WWE. Big E, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods must never fully split. So, as a result, a heel turn for one of them would mean a heel turn for all of them. But that isn't likely to ever be the case.

Woods may have potential as a cunning heel, but he cannot be the only New Day member to turn. Kingston - like Rey Mysterio - feels like a career babyface, not counting The New Day's heel run in 2015. Meanwhile, Big E is about to explode into a babyface megastar in WWE. He will not be turning heel any time soon.

As a result, The New Day as a unit may remain good guys until their time in the promotion is up. It is incredible how over all three of them have remained for five years as babyfaces, having been rejected by the fans before their career-saving heel turn. That is unlikely to change.
