#4 Noam Dar has never performed for WWE in Saudi Arabia

The former WWE 205 Live star and current NXT UK superstar Noam Dar has never competed in Saudi Arabia. For Dar, it goes a lot deeper due to him being born in Israel.

He is unable to participate in the pay-per-views due to the Arab League boycott of Israel and the continued Arab-Israeli conflict. It would cause some serious problems for WWE and for Noam Dar if he was to travel to the country.

Essentially, Dar is banned from entering the country. This may never change and it is a country Noam Dar may never be able to tick off as a place that he has wrestled in.

#3 Aleister Black, now known as Malakai Black, never performed in Saudi Arabia for WWE

Aleister Black performing in Saudi Arabia was just never going to happen. It was reported that he was pulled from the Middle East pay-per-views because of a number of tattoos he had with religious connotations.

The former WWE United States Champion and current All Elite Wrestling star discussed his huge tattoo of Lilith on his back:

"The being on my back is Lilith, in some folklore she is the first woman to ever rebel against paradise. The reason she is there [is] for equality, equality, for every man and woman – which is the most important thing there is," revealed Black. (h/t The Sportster)

The tattoo does not align with the Saudi ideology, meaning it was impossible for Black to perform unless he covered it up completely. In the end, Black wasn't considered for the shows moving forward.
