Braun Strowman was introduced to the WWE Universe as part of The Wyatt Family back in 2014 and has since been able to shed that memorable image.
Strowman was once a much bigger superheavyweight but in recent months The Monster Among Men has spent some time on the sidelines. This has allowed him to put in the hours in the gym.

Strowman shared images side by side on Instagram in the fall of 2020. This post showed the former Champion back in 2014 following his WWE debut and how much he had changed in six years.
The Monster Among Men noted that there was a difference of 30lbs between the two images and revealed that even he was shocked by the incredible transformation:
"The craziest thing is there’s only a 30lbs difference in the two. Life is yours to make what you want of it!!! I fall in love with the gym more and more everyday. It’s been the one true constant in my life for almost two decades," Strowman said.
The former Universal Champion has since been able to reap the rewards of his new look by stepping back into the WWE Championship picture alongside Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley.
