Seth Rollins defeated John Cena at SummerSlam and took home two titles

John Cena, surprisingly, has the dubious record of having the most losses at SummerSlam with nine losses and is the current WWE Superstar with most losses at the PPV.

In his 14 matches at the PPV (which is the second most appearances by a WWE Superstar after The Undertaker), he has won just five matches and lost nine.

One of Cena's most memorable matches was at the 2015 edition of the show, where he faced Seth Rollins in a 'Winner Takes All' match, where the WWE World Heavyweight and WWE United States Championships were on the line. Cena lost the match and Rollins went home with both titles.

The following year, he lost once again, this time to AJ Styles.
