Mr. Perfect

Perfect during the prime of his career

Known as one of the greatest technical and underrated performers of all time, Mr. Perfect was a performer that fans loved to hate. Curt Hennig's legacy in WWE is one of the most decorated, even though he may be the greatest wrestler to have never held the WWE Championship.

Mr. Perfect has been highly praised by his peers in professional wrestling. In 2003, the legendary Bret Hart stated in an interview with Michael Landsberg that he would've liked to have faced Hennig again if the "Hit-Man" ever considered coming out of retirement. Mr. Perfect has a song written about him by "Macho Man" Randy Savage named "Perfect Friend", and Razor Ramon has mentioned that Hennig assisted him with his career.

With a shocking, but impressive return at the Royal Rumble 2002, it looked like the legendary grappler was going to receive one final push as a headline performer in WWE. Unfortunately, injuries took their toll on the WWE Hall of Famer and Curt Hennig sadly passed away in early 2003 from a drug overdose at the age of forty-four.

Had Mr. Perfect been healthy, it's a huge possibility that WWE would've given him one run with the WWE Championship

A time frame for Mr. Perfect's retirement: 2005. the became a great manager.
