They might all be very close friends on and off-screen, with all of them playing a huge role in making AEW become a company, but that doesn't mean they can't collide inside the ring.
Even though traditionally, having heels against babyfaces is the way to go with booking in wrestling, sometimes having fan favourites collide can create some incredible matches with electric atmospheres.
Because the AEW audience is mainly made up of 'smart fans,' they are more likely to get a favourable response from an audience than if WWE was to do this, especially with two great tag teams like the Young Bucks and SCU.
Both teams are going to be in the hunt to become the first AEW Tag Team Champions when those titles are introduced and therefore at some point they are inevitably going to clash, but if AEW can build up a story, then this could be a major match for them.
With Matt and Nick Jackson promising to make tag team wrestling main event quality in AEW, this is one of the matches that have the potential to do that.
