#3. Edge

Now that WrestleMania 36 is done, we don't expect to see Edge return until the summer of 2020. He made a miraculous return to the ring after nine long years away and proved that he's still in it when he had one of the longest WrestleMania matches of all time against Randy Orton.
Edge and Brock Lesnar have crossed paths before, but when they did, Edge was in a different stage of his career. He had yet to have his true breakout moment as a singles star and he wouldn't have known that he was only a few years away. When they met over a decade and a half ago, Lesnar was dominating the World title scene in WWE, destroying everyone in his path despite the lack of experience.
Edge would hit his prime a few years later and have over five years as a top singles star, where he accumulated a total of 11 World Championships.
Edge vs Brock Lesnar would be a great contest and one where they could tell a fantastic story between the two legends of the business.
