Eric Bischoff is set to return to WWE as an Executive Director of SmackDown Live and has also been advertised to be a part of the RAW reunion show.
Bischoff revealed on After 83 Weeks with Christy Olson podcast that he will be returning to WWE shows next week, starting with RAW on Monday, before heading over to SmackDown. I'm kinda getting oriented [on Wednesday] and starting the process and getting familiar. I'm kicking it off on Monday and Tuesday next week," said Bischoff (H/T WrestlingInc).
While his new role is seen mainly as a backstage position, WWE could maybe tease a feud between Bischoff and Shane McMahon, the latter who has become a massive heel on SmackDown Live.
The feud between the two could be a non-wrestling feud where both try to pip each other for the authority of the blue brand.
