#4 A Legacy-esque faction (Led by former WWE Champion Randy Orton)

Over the last 18 years, Randy Orton has been a part of several successful WWE teams and factions. One faction of his that stands out among the rest is Legacy comprising the Legend Killer himself, Cody Rhodes, and Ted DiBiase Jr.

There was something about Randy Orton guiding two young guns that just seemed magical. The same magic was also observable during Orton's short-lived run with The Revival (now FTR) in 2019. Moreover, The Viper's chemistry with Angel Garza and Andrade during their one-off appearance as a team last year impressed the WWE Universe.

With the two-time Royal Rumble winner currently at the top of his game, his popularity and wisdom could be used yet again to benefit a bunch of young Superstars. But it wouldn't be a wise move to pair Orton with just about any group of Superstars. In order for such a faction to become successful, the 14-time World Champion should be paired with Superstars boasting a brash attitude.

Bo Dallas, Riddick Moss, and/or Angel Garza could be made to fit the aforementioned bill.
