#2 And the Sami Award goes to...Big E (WWE SmackDown)
On this week's WWE SmackDown, the first-ever edition of the historic Sami Awards ceremony took place. Sami Zayn was the host, and he deservingly announced himself as the winner of every award. But then Big E won the coveted Superstar of the Year Award. Of course, it was a trick played by the New Day stablemate, much to Zayn's frustration.
Both men were at their comedic best in this segment. While Zayn came across as a narcissistic and delusional, Big E was in his usual element. He successfully got the better of the reigning WWE Intercontinental Champion.
The segment ended with Big E throwing Zayn down the entrance ramp. A match between the two is bound to take place sometime down the road. Until then, this kind of fun segment can keep the fans entertained and invested in these two rising Superstars.
