#4 Former WWE Champion John Cena

John Cena was the face of WWE for a very long time. Although Cena shot to fame during his early days as a heel character, he has remained a babyface for the majority of his career.

During his peak popularity, Cena received an equal number of cheers and jeers from the live crowd. Most of the adult male fanbase criticized Cena vehemently and accused him of being a company shill. Despite that, the multi-time WWE Champion continued to remain at the top of the WWE foodchain.

John Cena was last seen in WWE during the Firefly Funhouse match against Bray Wyatt at WrestleMania 36. Interestingly, a rampant theory suggests that every superstar who comes in contact with Bray Wyatt's Fiend personality reverts back to his old character.

We've seen this happen to many superstars such as Seth Rollins, The Miz and even Randy Orton. So, could John Cena become The Master of Thuganomics yet again when he returns to WWE?

John Cena's return to WWE could become much more interesting if he returns as a heel instead of the vanilla babyface character that he hasn't broken for the past decade.
