Kane's early WWE career is one of the most impressive beginnings to a WWE career in company history.

After feuding with The Undertaker, Kane quickly turned his attention to WWE Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin. This led to a First Blood match for the WWE Championship at the King of The Ring pay-per-view in 1998.

After some outside interference from Mankind and The Undertaker, Kane won his first WWE Championship in the process.

The following night on RAW, Austin goaded Kane and Paul Bearer into defending the WWE Championship against him in a re-match.

The crowd was red hot as the Texas Rattlesnake hit a Stone Cold Stunner to successfully defeat Kane and once again capture the WWE Championship.

The match and moment is one of the greatest in RAW history due to the thunderous ovation that Austin received after winning the title.

#3 Kane, Daniel Bryan & Randy Orton vs. The Shield (WWE SmackDown 2013)

Kane experienced a career renaissance in 2012 and 2013 after his partnership with Daniel Bryan.

Kane and Bryan were strange bedfellows with characters that were a stark contrast to one another. Despite this, their chemistry was electric and the WWE Universe quickly fell in love with the tag team known as Team Hell No.

Team Hell No feuded with The Shield in late 2012 and the spring of 2013.

This included a six-man tag team match on SmackDown which saw Daniel Bryan, Kane and Randy Orton hand the first televised loss to The Shield. The trio of Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns were undefeated as a unit for several months prior to this loss.

Daniel Bryan secured victory for his team by forcing Seth Rollins to tap out to the YES! Lock, much to the delight and shock of the WWE Universe.
