#4 Brian Pillman Jr.

Plenty of second-generation stars have failed in wrestling, but given the 'it factor' that Brian Pillman Jr. possesses, he's on the verge of becoming a huge star in his own right. Pillman has a very unique look, and he's got all of the personality that his father possessed, and as he gains more experience, he'll become a big-time star, but he's still got to improve his game in many areas.

He's connected to AEW, as he competed in the Casino Battle Royale at Double or Nothing, but he is far away from becoming a developed star of his own, and honing his craft in Impact makes sense first. With freedom and plenty of potential new opponents, he could have a great run in Impact before moving onto AEW or WWE, and they should be pursuing him quite heavily, as he's got main event player written all over him.
