Sin Cara underwent surgery to repair his knee back in August 2018, after suffering a crazy in-ring accident last year when he awkwardly landed on his knee during a WWE live event in Madrid, Spain. Sin Cara had made the last post about his injury on social media in August after he underwent knee surgery at Andrews Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Centre in Birmingham.

Sin Cara is a 41 years old professional wrestler from El Paso, Texas. He started off his career at WWE back in 2019 under the ring-name Hunico. He is a two-time NXT Tag Team Champion with Kalisto.

Neither Sin Cara nor WWE has provided information regarding his on-screen comeback. However, in mid-February of this year, he posted a video on his official Twitter handle, which shows him exercising with his trainer, which had the caption “Getting ready for my comeback”. This gives us hope that his comeback is not too far away. Unfortunately, however, it won’t be soon enough for this week’s WrestleMania.
