#4 John Cena has never successfully defended the WWE Championship At Hell in a Cell
John Cena has been part of six of the eight Hell in a Cell events, but even he doesn't have a great record when it comes to stepping inside the structure.
Cena was defeated by Randy Orton back in 2009 when the WWE Championship was on the line at the inaugural event before the 16-time Champion was then beaten by Wade Barrett the following year.
Cena then lost the WWE Championship in a triple threat match that also included CM Punk and Alberto Del Rio back in 2011. Cena finally got his first win at Hell in a Cell at the 2013 event when he defeated Del Rio to lift the World Heavyweight Championship.
Cena later got his revenge on Randy Orton the following year when he defeated "The Viper" inside the cage before he was defeated by Alberto Del Rio back in 2015.
It seems that even the "Face of WWE" has struggled inside Hell in a Cell. Not only has he never successfully defended a championship but he has only won two of his six matches at the event.
