Initially, WWE had plans for Bayley to defend the SmackDown Women's Championship against Naomi at WrestleMania this year. But WWE rushed those plans, and Bayley defended the title against Naomi at WWE Super ShowDown instead.

Now, that Bayley has successfully retained the title against Naomi at the event. Therefore, a match between Bayley and Sasha Banks that's rumored for a long time could finally take place at 'Mania this year.

Both, Bayley and Sasha Banks, are working as a heel on the blue brand, therefore, for them to go against each other at 'Mania, one of the women has to turn face soon. However, there is no report that suggests who could be that superstar.

Nonetheless, if that is the plan, then WWE needs to get the right story behind Bayley's and Banks' rivalry. Since, multiple times in the past, WWE has teased some friction between the two women, but they don't happen to have the right story which ends their rivalry long before it even begins.
