#3 The Devil’s Advocate

What’s better than Shinsuke Nakamura playing a heel and holding a mid-card title on the main roster? Nakamura playing a heel and holding a mid-card title with a formidable mouthpiece.

Sami Zayn is one of the smoothest talkers in WWE today. He could well go down as one of the greatest heel promo-cutters of all time!

While his in-ring bookings haven’t been too great lately, WWE has finally found a way to make Nakamura’s Intercontinental Championship reign memorable, while giving Zayn more screen time.

Zayn revealed on The Miz TV that he will now be the official mouthpiece of Nakamura, who isn't a great talker himself.

While this reminds us of Bobby Lashley’s pairing with Lio Rush, the new partnership has the potential to go the extra mile, giving us some of the most memorable moments of 2019.

Are we done talking?

#2 New Raw Tag Team Champions

The WWE Raw Tag Team Championships have had a bizarre journey for well over a year now - from the B-Team to the Major Brothers, as well as the Braun Strowman and Nicholas win.

However, at the start of the week, the deserving team of Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson were holding the championships. Although we believed the duo would hold the titles for a few more months, WWE had other plans.

This week on Raw, a challenge from Seth Rollins to The O.C for the tag titles was accepted by the heels. However, the unthinkable happened, as Rollins and Strowman were able to defeat Gallows and Anderson, taking the titles.

This not only gave Braun Strowman his second and longest Raw Tag Team Championship reign, but Seth Rollins has also been crowned a double champion for the third time in his WWE career.
