Carmella is all set to compete at the 2021 Royal Rumble against Sasha Banks for the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship. As good as she has been in her repackaged new avatar, she should not become the brand new Champion at this moment.

Sasha Banks should defeat Carmella at the 2021 Royal Rumble and go on all the way to WrestleMania as the Champion, facing the winner of the Royal Rumble match. Carmella is great, but Sasha Banks has been extraordinary as 'The Blueprint' in her latest run and should continue all the way to the big stage.

Sasha Banks vs. Bianca Belair seems to be the big money match right now, and it could certainly happen if Belair wins the 2021 Royal Rumble match. Carmella vs. Belair doesn't seem WrestleMania main event worthy.

Carmella defeating Banks with Reginald's help, and then Banks winning the 2021 Royal Rumble is an acceptable exception, but only just barely, truth be told.
