Daniel Bryan may be one of WWE's vilest villains in 2019, but five years ago, the former WWE Champion was beloved. A voice of the people, Bryan was the hero of the WWE Universe but was not see as best for business by The Game.

This all came to a head on the March 17, 2014, edition of RAW, when the King of Kings and his wife Stephanie had the bearded one arrested. This was all a ruse though, as once handcuffed, Bryan was completely defenseless against the pair, as the WWE's ultimate power-couple took turns assaulting the popular star.
A truly vile act, the Game thought he had the advantage of going into their WrestleMania 30 bout. Instead, Bryan defeated Triple H in the show's opener and went on to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship later that night.
