#4 Rusev turns against Aiden English
A few months ago, Rusev had more momentum than anybody in WWE and it looked like the ‘Rusev Day’ phenomenon would lead to him being elevated up the card and into bigger and better storylines on SmackDown Live.
Instead, WWE continues to portray “The Bulgarian Brute” as a bad guy, despite fans’ obvious desire to see him succeed, and recent reports suggest that he could soon be managed by Lana again and that the duo will both be heels.
If that is the case, then it would almost certainly mean the end of the Rusev Day tag team with Aiden English, the singing sensation who, in Lana’s eyes, is holding her husband back.
It would be nice to see the duo stay together for a bit longer but, if we had to put money on it, we’d back Rusev to Machka Kick his tag partner’s head off at some point before SummerSlam!
