5 NXT Superstars who could move to Raw after WrestleMania 34

Who could be heading to the main roster
Which NXT stars could be heading to the main roster?

The Raw After WrestleMania has become one of the biggest nights of the year, with many in the WWE Universe, hinting that the show itself should be its own pay-per-view, because of the shocks and surprises that have always played their part in the taping.

In recent years, this episode of Raw has seen a number of stars called up from the NXT brand, who no longer have storylines at full sail following the NXT: Takeover event that takes place the night before WrestleMania.

This year obviously looks as though it will be no different, with a number of NXT stars that look as though they could be ready to join the Raw roster next month in the fallout from the biggest event of the year.

#5 Johnny Gargano

Johnny Gargano has always been a fan favorite on NXT, but he recently lost a match to Andrade 'Cien' Almas, that meant that he was forced to leave NXT for good. This obviously didn't stop the former NXT Tag Team Champion, as he invaded NXT earlier this week in a bid to get his hands on his former Tag Team partner Tomasso Ciampa.

It is thought that the match between these two stars is now beginning to build, and if it can't take place on NXT then it would be perfect for one of the most anticipated feuds in the company to take place on their flagship show instead. Gargano is almost tailor-made for the Raw roster and could have some show-stealing matches with the stars who already make up the brand.

#4 Peyton Royce And Billie Kay

The Iconic Duo was rumored to be heading to the main roster as part of this year's Royal Rumble. But it seems that their recent enhancement surgery has pushed their schedule back somewhat, and the duo could now be looking at being promoted to the Raw roster in the coming months instead.

Peyton Royce and Billie Kay have only recently returned to NXT Live Events, and need to build some momentum moving forward. If Shayna Baszler becomes Women's Champion in New Orleans, then it's obvious that Royce and Kay will be no match for her so it would make sense to allow them to move up instead.

Royce and Kay would be fantastic opponents for Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose moving forward if WWE is hoping to bring in Women's Tag Team Championships.

#3 Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre has been out injured ever since his match against Andrade 'Cien' Almas back at NXT Takeover: War Games. The Scottish star was someone who was rumored to be heading up to the main roster before his injury, so it makes sense for WWE to follow through on this plan if he is cleared to return in the near future.

The roster will be lacking Brock Lesnar after WrestleMania and will look a little different following the WWE draft so they will need someone who is able to step into some huge shoes and McIntyre has already proved that he has what it takes to fill the void, since he was able to dominate the NXT roster when he was NXT Champion.

#2 Andrade 'Cien' Almas

Anyone who doesn't know who Andrade 'Cien' Almas is right now, will know in a few weeks time. The current NXT Champion had a fantastic showing at the Royal Rumble where he was able to introduce himself to the main roster. After his match against Aleister Black at NXT Takeover: New Orleans, he should be able to be promoted to the Raw roster.

Almas has been one of the most improved stars in the company over the past few months, and has proved that he is worthy of the NXT Championship. But if he is defeated by Black next month then it leaves the door open for him to be able to head to the main roster with or without Zelina Vega.

#1 Ember Moon

The Women's Division in WWE is quite an exciting one right now with the addition of Ronda Rousey, and the fact that Asuka is still undefeated. Despite this, there are women on the NXT brand who are waiting for their call-up, and it seems that it could be Moon's time next month.

Moon showed just what she is capable of when she stepped into the first ever Women's Royal Rumble match back in January, and it seems that her feud with Shayna Baszler could come to an end at Takeover. So Moon would be free to join the Raw roster. Who else will step up to Alexa Bliss after her feud with Nia Jax comes to an end?
