Rey Mysterio likes to make an entrance and at one point he would come to the ring following a springboard into the arena. Interestingly, Mysterio's entrance has only gone wrong a few times and one of these times was when he ran out to attack Matt Hardy ahead of their upcoming showdown.
Mysterio was obviously supposed to deliver a headscissors off the apron lift, but when this move went wrong the first time around, the two stars decided to deliver it once again which showed that the first attempt was a botch.
This is a surprisingly straight forward move for the former World Champion to botch, but Mysterio definitely surprised his fanbase by getting this one wrong. The Master of the 619 delivers moves like this all the time in the ring and more often than not he is successful.
