#1 Renee Young gets kicked in the face
Renee Young was forced to join the commentary team for SmackDown on Friday night since Michael Cole and Corey Graves were two of the stars who were stuck in the Middle East following Crown Jewel.

Young hasn't been on commentary since the WWE draft a few weeks ago but took her place next to Tom Phillips and Aiden English where she was able to call a SmackDown show for the first time. Young ran into some problems as part of the women's tag team match as Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose were ambushed by Rhea Ripley and Tegan Nox, since Bianca Belair already disposed of Carmella and Dana Brooke.

Nox managed to botch the throw over the announce table on Deville, which lead to her kicking Renee Young clean in the face. Young obviously wasn't impressed and later stated that she had a bloody nose because of the attack, but was still able to continue to announce the show despite her injuries.
Young later Tweeted about how she was never commentating again, which allowed Nox to apologize for the botch.
