#3 Zelina Vega could challenge Asuka

Last night on RAW, Zelina Vega came out following Asuka's title defence against Mickie James and slapped the RAW Women's Champion. It was a shock since Vega hasn't wrestled a lot recently and the Empress of Tomorrow has brushed aside all competition in her way.

It will be interesting to see if Zelina Vega is given a shot at the championship in the coming weeks, since Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax are both busy elsewhere. As things stand, Asuka doesn't have a challenger at Clash of Champions.

This could be Zelina Vega's chance to prove herself as a worthy challenger after only being seen as Andrade's manager over the past few years. If Vega is able to make a good impression in her match against Asuka, there is nothing stopping her from moving into a much deeper feud.

There is also a rivalry with Bianca Belair that is yet to be settled, but that seems to have been brushed under the rug.
