#4. Ring of Honor
If there's any promotion in the world that needs a star of the calibre of Moxley/Dean Ambrose, it's Ring of Honor. ROH have been in a very weird position over the past year and a half, with multiple top stars leaving the company and creative as a whole being in a rut.
ROH, for many years, have produced so many top-level stars that they've been considered as feeders to giants like WWE. Many top names in WWE from the last decade till today, have made their name at ROH.
But currently, ROH is in a major slump on all fronts and need something to change things up. Having a star like Jon Moxley would be a big deal for ROH, because they immediately get a top star who can perform at the highest level and who they can build the company around.
It would also draw a lot of eyes to the product.
