Last month has not been the best for Drew McIntyre. He has been pinned in two out of three he has been involved in and that has put the breaks on the momentum that he had slowly developed for himself.
What this also means is that Drew would be away from the main event picture for a while as WWE is maybe still not that keen on pulling the trigger on him.

On the other hand, with Seth Rollins expected to face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, it means Braun would again have to lose and wait for his chance in the future.
What this does is it ultimately leaves these two heavyweights away from the main event picture and in prime position to go up against each other to be next in line for the championship. The two already have a history against each other and this could be a great introduction to the big stage for Drew as well.
