The whole storyline of Nia Jax putting Lana through a table on a weekly basis aims to build up sympathy for Lana's WWE character in the first place.
Lana is a character that has always remained relevant in WWE through a bunch of unusual storylines, as well as her diva mentality in an era that celebrates in-ring excellence. She is unique in that context, and her underdog program against Nia Jax could pay-off in a big way if Lana ends up surviving till the very end of this match.
Not only would she pick up a victory for her team, but Lana's achievement would also be a humiliating moment for the main antagonist, Nia Jax. How Jax will respond to this potential scenario is a whole different conversation, but Lana being the sole survivor would certainly be a newsworthy moment at WWE Survivor Series 2020.
