Carlito officially returned to WWE RAW in a match where he teamed up with Jeff Hardy to face Elias and Jaxson Ryker in a winning outcome. On Sunday during the Royal Rumble PPV, the former Intercontinental Champion showed up on WWE programming for the first time in over a decade.
Carlito is in tremendous physical shape and proved he can still go in the ring during both occasions. A performer of his level can easily be thrust into the upper mid-card title picture and become a viable challenger.
