#5 Lack of storylines hurting the tag team division?

It does seem as if the Creative team hardly puts in the hours for writing anything about the Tag Team Division

The tag team division is in the doldrums, there are just no two ways about it. The biggest issue is not the performers but the storylines (or the lack of it). Chad Gable and Bobby Roode are the Champions and The Revival would be going up against them next week.

But without any build up are we really supposed to care? The creative team doesn't even put the time in to build up a decent match between the two teams. There's hardly any segments involved. There's no reason given to actually love or hate a team except the fact that they're the designated Heel or Face. There's no denying that such an attitude has actually hurt the tag team division and there's a massive disinterest from the people as a result.
