Roman Reigns has changed a lot about his attitude and personality since becoming The Tribal Chief and leading The Bloodline. In terms of the physical changes, the most noticeable is the addition of the Ula Fala. However, other real-life Bloodline members have also worn the iconic red necklace.

The Ula Fata plays an important role in the Samoan culture. The Samoan high chiefs and generals usually wear it to honor and represent their community along with being responsible for protecting their family's dynasty. At the moment, Solo Sikoa has taken this away from The Orignal Tribal Chief, but other real-life Bloodline members have also worn the Ula Fala on television.

For this list, we will look at five real-life Bloodline members to have worn the Ula Fala other than Roman Reigns.

In 1979, The Wild Samoans composed of Afa and Sika Anoa'i, joined WWE (then WWF) where they were initially billed as The Samoans. The duo displayed intense dominance against their rivals and has even captured the World Tag Team Championship three times, they were inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2007.

In a way, The Wild Samoans were the ones who "awarded" Roman Reigns the title of The Tribal Chief. During the 2020 Hell in a Cell Premium Live Event Roman defeated Jey Uso. At the end of the match, Afa Anoa'i, Roman's uncle, and Sika Anoa'i, Roman's father, appeared wearing the Ula Fala's and awarded one to The OTC.

Umaga joined WWE in 2001 but didn't wear the Ula Fala in the early days in the company. He still showcased his heritage through his tattoos and other beaded necklaces. However, he did wear one at The Grandest Stage of Them All.

The Samoan Bulldozer had his first WrestleMania in 2007 wherein he battled Bobby Lashley. Before the match, Umaga wore the iconic red necklace on top of the black and white beads he usually wears. Many consider the late legend as the last person, or Tribal Chief, to wear the necklace before Reigns.

Peter Maivia is not just a legend in the wrestling world but is also a legend in his own culture and family. He was the first Anoa'i member to join WWE and was considered to be the "first Tribal Chief in WWE." The High Chief also sported a Ula Fala back in the day.

Maivia is related to the Anoa'i family via blood brother pact. Some of his relatives include The Rock, his grandson, Nia Jax, his first cousin once removed, and of course, Roman Reigns, his Great Nephew.

One of the most exciting signees in WWE in recent years is Jacob Fatu. Those who watched Fatu on the independent scene have deemed him as someone who could legitimately go against Roman Reigns alone. Many fans even consider him more deserving of the Tribal Chief status instead of Solo Sikoa, and it seems like The Samoan Werewolf felt the same.

Jacob did not wear the Ula Fala much when he was in MLW but he did wear them now and then. Currently in the Stamford-based promotion, he has only come close to an Ula Fala in the presence of Solo Sikoa.
