The stakes may be high in terms of brand pride. But otherwise, there are no real stakes on the line when Brock Lesnar squares off with AJ Styles at Survivor Series. Either man could lose the contest and still remain Champion, for many weeks on end.

And this is precisely why I can imagine Brock Lesnar taking the pin against AJ Styles. Even if he were to lose the match, it would just be a Survivor Series statistic and really, little more. It will not mean a change of titles from one superstar to another.

AJ Styles is being booked as a babyface, bold, tough competitor and a victory over Lesnar will push him to the top of the mountain. Lesnar is being booked as a coward and so really does not even need this big win.
