#2 Potential Tag Team Championship push for Cedric Alexander
Cedric Alexander definitely has more chance of becoming a Tag Team Champion alongside The Hurt Business than he did with Ricochet and Apollo Crews since he has been pushing for a title for a number of years. MVP has already managed to make one of his members a Champion in a matter of months.
MVP could have wanted to recruit Cedric Alexander so that he can team with Shelton Benjamin to push towards a Tag Team Championship reign on RAW since Bobby Lashley already holds the United States Championship. Shelton Benjamin has a wealth of experience when it comes to tag team wrestling and he would be the perfect man for Alexander to learn from.
It will be an interesting transitional period for Cedric Alexander as he looks to adapt to his new group and potential tag team partner. The former Cruiserweight Champion could have needed this boost to allow him to move forward. Sometimes it's better to freshen things up in WWE before it becomes stale.
