#2 The Samoan bequest
Speaking of the towering 270-pound Samoan Superstar, this lovely lady, in fact, comes from a family with a rich heritage in the professional wrestling business. As most would probably know, Nia Jax is a real-life cousin of WWE legend and Hollywood kingpin Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.

Now, this blood affiliation—and here’s where things get interesting—isn’t really indicative of nepotism in the business; quite the contrary indeed. Unlike a few other performers in the business, Jax has never unfairly used her backstage leverage — owing to her relationship with the Rock— to her advantage in the WWE. Jax has time and again chosen the hard road; whatever the woman has accomplished thus far has been earned, NOT given!
Nevertheless, as is the case with most Samoan Superstars in the WWE—Roman Reigns and Samoa Joe included—Nia Jax proudly represents her culture in the WWE and grinds through obstacles like the warrior she is. It only seems fitting that Jax carries on the Samoan bequeathal and bags the Women’s Championship in the WWE.
