#2. Crowning of a double champion at WrestleMania 38 may be unhealthy for the future
If a double champion has to be crowned, it shouldn't be at this year's WrestleMania. More specifically, it shouldn't be Roman Reigns or Brock Lesnar.
The Tribal Chief has been the highlight of WWE for a long time and surely deserves to be the undisputed champion. However, this might not be healthy for his title reign. He might have to pull double duty on any given week, which can lead to fans getting bored with his character,

Additionally, being featured on only one show ensures that WWE has enough time to craft great storylines for the Head of The Table. Working on different angles for both brands will eventually lead to poor rivalries.
On the other hand, Brock Lesnar probably isn't going to be active for an extended period. As fans know, he goes back to his part-time schedule after each significant feud.
If Lesnar wins and returns to part-time status, the company will be left with no fully active world champions. This could even feasibly last until Summerslam, which would be catastrophic for the promotion.
#1. A double champion may become the end of the Brand Split after WrestleMania
One of the most interesting concepts of WWE is the Brand Split, which features completely different rosters on RAW and SmackDown. Some fans love the red brand while others prefer the blue.
At WrestleMania, a double champion will be crowned, which may lead to the end of the Brand Split. Many future challengers may have to appear at both shows to continue their feuds with the new undisputed champion. This is irrational and could break the concept of either brand.
At best, it will violate and invalidate the WWE Draft. At worst, it could lead to the dissolution of the Brand Split entirely. The company has tried this in the past, which led to SmackDown becoming the B show. The product at that time was concentrated on RAW.
The current condition of WWE's ratings isn't great, to say the least. The end of the Brand Split will just make the situation worse. To prevent that, Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar shouldn't be a "Winner Takes All" match at WrestleMania.
