Since the Shield broke up in 2014, all the three members of the group went on the become the most [popular Superstars of recent times. Seth Rollins went on to become two times WWE World Champion, Roman Reigns held the title three times and Dean Ambrose held the title once.

Now, if we see it the other way, Ambrose is the one who had the least success among the three and when the group came back together earlier this year, we all knew that how it will go down (with the Ambrose heel turn, which he desperately needs). However, he got injured last week and will be out for eight-nine months. Now, this is actually a good thing for Ambrose's career.

#5 Fans need to miss Ambrose

Dean Ambrose has been one of the most lovable superstars, he has made quite a name for himself as the fan favourite. However, over the last year he was missing something, he was missing the charm of being the fans favourite, his segments with The Miz were horrible.

The only reason he got the fans support is the reunion of the Shield and quite frankly, without the Shield, Ambrose is kind of invisible on the roster right now. Thus, the fans really need to miss him as an individual superstar so that his return is celebrated.

#4 A feud with Samoa Joe in future

As we all know, Samoa Joe kayfabe attacked Dean Ambrose and injured him and this naturally built a feud between them. Now, Ambrose feuding with Joe will actually help him as it is something which we have not seen in WWE.

They can also play in the feud that Dean Ambrose has never beaten Samoa Joe in a one on one match. And of course, a character like Ambrose will definitely work with a character like Joe. Let's hope for the best from this feud.

#3 A much needed off time for Ambrose

Dean Ambrose is one of the wrestlers in WWE who has never taken a time off. Since his WWE debut in 2012 as the member of the shield, Ambrose has never taken time off. Sure he was out for one month in 2014 when he was feuding with Seth Rollins but that's because he went for the shooting of WWE produced film 12 Rounds 3: Lockdown but except that, he has always been working for the company.

He needed some time off for quite some time now and he deserves some time off. He was the Superstar with the most wrestling matches for WWE in 2014 and 2015. Hence, this time that he gets off the television is something that would help him rest for a while.

#2 Increased excitement of the heel turn

Heel Ambrose?

Ever since the Shield came back everyone speculated that it will break with Ambrose heel turn and the WWE was in the mood to pull the trigger. The actual plan of the Shield break up was that itself but Ambrose got injured. Now, this makes the fans even more interested in Ambrose heel turn.

It would be interesting to see how WWE books him from here and hopefully, it would be the much anticipated heel turn.

#1 Natural build up of Ambrose vs Rollins

Now, we have seen Ambrose vs Rollins many times in the past and the best thing about this feud is that it never gets old. Arguably, this is one of the best feuds of the modern era. Earlier, we saw Ambrose facing Rollins, which was fun but heel Ambrose and face Rollins will be new and exciting.

After watching the last episode of Raw where Jason Jordan and Seth Rollins beats the Bar for the tag titles, the same tag titles which Rollins held with Ambrose two times, we can say that WWE is looking forward to that feud.
