Seth Rollins' first reign as Intercontinental Champion was way better than the 2nd reign

Seth Rollins had first won the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 34 and the Kingslayer had a stellar run with the gold. He held the title for the next three months before losing to the ShowOff Dolph Ziggler on a random match at RAW. However, Seth soon won his title back and the fans expected Rollins to burn it down once again but the same did not transpire.

Rollins became a part of the SHIELD vs Dogs of War storyline and the IC title was all of a sudden sidelined. Since Reigns' exit, Seth has defended the IC championship against multiple opponents and to be frank, has run out of opponents now. This is the Creative team's best opportunity to get the belt off Rollins and have him bring some change in his character.
