The match for the Universal Heavyweight Title could be very good and still not go over with the fans

For whatever reason, there are times when this company appears to be a promotion with a case of ADHD. One slight move and things must be changed. The result is no faith in the system. Shawn Michaels won his first WWE Title when ratings were an issue. We all see how that turned out.

WWE is not willing to ride out the storm, thus taking the title off Owens is a move of desperation, nothing more. While it builds a pretty good feud, it does nothing to show there is faith this company can weather the storm.
