Triple H defeated Batista in his last WWE match at WrestleMania, but it's obvious that his career is now winding down. When NXT goes live on Wednesday night Triple H will take on a lot more responsibility and it could mark the end of his in-ring career aside from big WrestleMania matches that The Game decides to be part of each year.

This means that Triple H and Seth Rollins could have already talked about his retirement and The Game could have decided to give the move to Rollins. Triple H could have decided that it was time that the move is used more often on WWE TV and Rollins definitely needed something to set up The Stomp consistently so he gave him the move and told him to use it wisely.
