5 Reasons why The Fiend must not be thrust into the Universal Championship picture right now

#1 He does not need the title as much as others do

Wyatt doesn't need the title at the moment to remain on top

As mentioned earlier, The Fiend is the hottest act in all of sports entertainment right now. I've seen many fans complain about the quality of RAW, going as far as to boycott the entire show, except the part where Bray Wyatt shows up.

Take for example SummerSlam - It had many major clashes and feuds like Seth and Brock, Charlotte and Trish, Goldberg and Ziggler, and many more. But still, the most anticipated moment was the in-ring debut of The Fiend. Now, my question is - does he need the title right now?

Remember, WWE is in a small war with All Elite Wrestling, and the company is doing everything possible to stay above the competition. As amazing as Wyatt's new character is, one can't expect him to carry the entire show. Someone like Seth Rollins or Braun Strowman carrying the Universal Title could give decent support to Wyatt in helping RAW retain the fans and maintain good TV ratings.

The Fiend would manage to capture the attention of the WWE Universe, no matter whether he has the title or not. On the other hand, many Superstars need the title to become or stay relevant. Now is not the time for the Fiend to become world champion, in my opinion.
