#4 WWE needed a title change to save the show
It wouldn't be surprising if WWE decided on a last-minute title change just for the sake of saving the show. Now, we're not really ones to delve into much negativity, but the latest episode of RAW was below average, to put it mildly.
The entire pacing of the show made it feel like an absolute drag, and even when we were halfway through, it felt like two and a half hours had passed. There really wasn't too much on the show to salvage, which is why it's understandable that WWE suddenly shifted gears for the final match and segment.
The ending of the show itself wasn't too bad, but the title match and segment really don't reflect the overall nature of the show. The Revival winning the tag titles definitely helped save the episode to some degree. It's not unheard of for last-minute calls for a title change.
