Seth Rollins is one of the best conditioned WWE Superstars on the roster today.

With a high-intensity workout, Rollins has been able to deliver in several long matches, against a range of opponents, from AJ Styles to Roman Reigns to the Beast Incarnate himself, Brock Lesnar. With his conditioning, Rollins is known for having multiple matches on the same night, as it seems the company clearly has faith in him.

It was about this time three years ago at Night of Champions where Rollins defended his United States title against John Cena, and though the Architect lost the title to Big Match John, he was able to retain his WWE World Heavyweight Championship later that same night against the Icon, Sting.

Even more recently, Rollins set an incredible record on the February 19, 2018 edition of Monday Night RAW. Competing in a guantlet match, Rollins not only defeated Roman Reigns and John Cena clean, but also lasted 65 minutes, a record in the show's 26 years, and proof that the WWE can rely on the Architect to go the distance.
