And to be fair, the fact that Lacey Evans, the 'sassy Southern belle', is using her charms to woo (no pun intended) Ric Flair is also totally in line with her gimmick. In fact, it makes a lot more sense to do something of this nature with Lacey Evans, as opposed to her calling people nasties, which really hasn't translated well into a heel persona just about yet.
Did you know that both Ric Flair and Buddy Rogers got their Nature Boy gimmick from a famous Nat King Cole song? Ric Flair has taken the Nature Boy character to the next level, with his robes, his legendary promos and his womanizing gimmick. Even at his advanced age, he is still the Ric Flair that we've always loved.
