Despite being such a deserving contender for a main event spot at the Grandest Stage of Them All, Vince McMahon didn't really want the Architect to be a part of the Universal Championship match at WrestleMania 35.
The original plan, however, was to coronate Drew Mcintyre as the biggest thing in the entire WWE, where the Scottish Terminator would collide with the Monster Among Men and defeat him for the biggest prize on Monday Night Raw.
Since Triple H has been such an advocate for Seth Rollins ever since he made his way to NXT, the Game's endorsement helped the former Intercontinental Champion in finally getting the spot he rightfully deserves.
