The fact that Vince McMahon is finally listening to the fans should be clear from the fact that both of the current male champions are individuals that the WWE Universe has been gunning for.
Kofi Kingston's eleven-year-long journey in WWE culminated in him becoming the WWE Champion at WrestleMania 35 this year. Seth Rollins had been the most popular babyface for far too long, and the WWE Universe wanted a full-time Universal Champion for way long!
Roman Reigns is not in the title picture on either show at the moment. The very fact that both of the current Champions are babyfaces also indicates that he won't be in the title picture for a while now. You can always do a friendly-rivalry angle but I still think that he'll be out of the title picture for a while now.
This is a clear indication that he's no longer 'The Guy' for McMahon.
