Let me preface this by saying that while I do believe that the process of turning Seth Rollins heel is underway right now, by no means is he a bad guy yet. There's still the question of whether or not the man is aligned with The AoP at his point in time.

But, like most of Roman Reigns' career, when fans did not connect with him as a babyface, they want a heel turn and they want one right away, so to speak! They believe that Seth Rollins should embrace the boos and slip over to the dark side, not realizing that a heel Seth Rollins may be cool and may actually get cheered.

This is the reason why WWE has been so reluctant to turn Seth Rollins heel until now and why they have never turned Roman Reigns heel either. But that does not stop fans from clamoring on social media and also on chat forums for a heel turn from the current face of RAW.

No decision that WWE makes will make everyone happy, to be fair. Which is why they're probably unwilling to make the much-requested heel turn happen.
