The Miz will persuade Shane McMahon to get them a rematch for the Tag Team championship.
A reluctant Shane finally agreeing with The Miz will make the match official at Fastlane. In between of build-up to the match, Shane warns The Miz that if they failed to win the titles back, he will be rethinking about aligning with The Miz again.
On March 10, Cleveland, Ohio will witness Rusev and Nakamura brutally assaulting Shane McMahon outside of the ring earlier in the match.
Soon Miz will also succumb to them, unable to put up the fight against both Rusev and Nakamura.
Despite the beating he took, Shane McMahon will make the save to break up the pinfall. McMahon will put up a valiant effort, but for no use, as he will eventually get pinned clean in the centre of the ring.
